Welcome here! Whatever brought you to this space, I want you to know you are welcome and supported. I can understand it can be vulnerable to reach out for counselling support and I honor your bravery in taking the first step. I view the therapeutic journey, as a client welcoming me to walk alongside them as they walk on the pathway of their life, and I don’t take this invitation lightly. I hold a strong belief in the expertise of clients when it comes to their own lives, and as a therapist, my role is to support and guide you in processing and uncovering what's happening for you, in your internal world.
